Our full privacy policy, including air ambulance and health-related data handling, is awaiting legal review. Air ambulance forms collect transport logistics with separate consent; sensitive details are encrypted and staff access is logged. Do not send diagnoses, medical history or medication in forms or chat. Health-related chat text is masked where detected. The provisional retention period is 12 months, subject to AOK legal confirmation.
